Located just a few steps from the Christchurch Castle and Norman House, the stylish 4-star The Kings Arms Hotel Christchurch offers Wi-Fi in public areas and secured parking. Guests often compliment the very comfy beds and the convenience of the hotel's central location, providing easy access to Christchurch's high street with its restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs, as well as the nearby Priory Church. While generally well-regarded, a few guests have noted that not all rooms have views, and some experienced road noise. Many enjoyed the good Sunday roast served in the restaurant.

street noise parking challenge

the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay (they even helped me with directions).

the room faced a busy street, and the noise was quite disruptive, especially at night. the provided fan did little to alleviate the discomfort, and i could not open the windows due to the noise. also, parking was a challenge, and i had to circle around a few times to find a spot.

The staff were friendly. i found them helpful with directions and suggestions. the location was excellent. The high street offered restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs. the excellent priory church was a short walk away. the bus service was good. I took it to hengistbury head.

Parking was available. it felt limited at times during peak hours.

Really good Wedding Celebration

wedding attire warm greeting excellent service

My daughter's wedding took place here last weekend. Upon arrival with all the wedding attire, it was kindly unloaded and taken to our room. Leszek, the Operations Manager, greeted us warmly. Matthew also provided excellent service in the bar. He ensured everyone was happy. The food, drinks, and service were all excellent.

I found that the rooms are likely to be very warm during summer months. The hotel provides fans. Air conditioning is not available.
